Daily we use soaps, detergents, and other cleansing products that not only dry the skin, but may contain harmful chemicals. Toxins in your day-to-day environment can stress your immune system, and increase health risks. It's important to check the labels on the products you use, to avoid toxic chemicals being absorbed through the skin into your bloodstream.
Since you spend most of your active, waking hours at work during the day, its vital to replace cleansing products containing harsh chemicals in the workplace with more natural choices. The best way to ensure that you are using an all natural product is to make it yourself. With a few quality ingredients, and an empty foaming pump soap dispenser, you can make foaming soap and refill your container, for a fraction of the cost of the expensive commercial brands, that run about $4.00 a container. This DIY foaming hand soap recipe utilizes good clean, purified water and beneficial ingredients to cleanse and nourish your skin. It's so affordable, and easy to make. You'll want one for the office and one or more to use at home.
